Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Deputy Chairman – Head of the Secretariat of the People’s Council of Kazakhstan Kanatbek Zhaisanbayev and instructed to organize preparations for the first session of the Council at a high level، as reported by infohub.kz.
According to Akorda، Kanatbek Zhaisanbayev briefed the President on the work to establish the People’s Council of Kazakhstan and its Secretariat. He said the Secretariat ensures the activities of the People’s Council in organizational، legal، logistical، financial، and information-analytical aspects.
During the meeting، Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the People’s Council of Kazakhstan is a unique dialogue platform that strengthens the foundation of a Just Kazakhstan. The President instructed the head of the Secretariat to effectively coordinate the interaction of the People’s Council with state bodies، organizations، civil society institutions، and international organizations. Additionally، the head of state emphasized the importance of conducting preparatory work for the first session of the People’s Council at the appropriate level.
