One of the visitors at the Primevill resort near Astana fell ill during recreation. Witnesses claim there was no medical worker or rescuer on site، and other visitors tried to provide first aid، reports infohub.kz.

The incident occurred in a recreation area located in the village of Zhibek Zholy. According to visitors، the man lost consciousness in front of adults and children. Resort staff approached him but، according to witnesses، could not provide the necessary assistance.

"We came to relax، and then this – a man dies in front of children. Negligent attitude of the staff: they couldn't even help، no medical staff. All employees stood around and watched. When they took him away، he wasn't breathing and was blue. I hope they revived him in the ambulance،" wrote one visitor.

Similar reports appeared in reviews of the resort on 2GIS. Users also complained about the lack of medical personnel and rescuers. According to them، there were concerned visitors nearby who tried to help the man until the ambulance arrived.

The Health Department of Akmola Region reported that the man was taken to Multidisciplinary City Hospital No. 1.

"The patient's condition is assessed as serious. He is in the anesthesiology، resuscitation and intensive care unit، where he is receiving full treatment،" the department said.

Earlier، a tragedy occurred in Tselinograd district of Akmola region. A car with two minor children rolled into a flooded quarry. Both girls died.
