Mother and four children found after week-long disappearance following family dispute

A mother and her four children who had been missing for seven days in the Otyrar District of the Turkistan Region have been found alive and well، reports infohub.kz.

According to police، a local resident reported that his wife and four children had left home and not returned. Officers launched a search operation، set up checkpoints at the district's entry and exit points، and distributed alerts to neighboring regions.

During the search، the woman، who had left with children aged 6، 5، 3، and a 10-month-old infant، was found in a taxi and taken to a police station.

The investigation revealed that after a domestic quarrel with her husband، the woman took the children and documents and، without informing anyone، went to Shymkent، where she stayed in a rented apartment.

Police said that preventive talks were held with the family، and with the involvement of relatives، the parties reconciled. The mother and children have returned home safely.
