In 2025, gold mining company AltynEx Company paid its board members a total remuneration of 201 million tenge, which is 3.6 times less than the 722 million tenge paid the previous year, according to infohub.kz.
The board composition remained unchanged: Chairman Yulia Alimova, and members Gulnara Yensebayeva and Sabit Ibrayev. On average, each received 5.6 million tenge per month.
AltynEx operates in the Aktobe region, mining gold ore at the Yubileynoye deposit in the Mugalzhar district. The company is also implementing a project to build a mining and metallurgical plant at this deposit, with launch scheduled for 2026.
The company's profit in 2025 amounted to 18.7 billion tenge, which is 59% more than the previous year.
According to the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), 30% of the company's shares belong to businessman Yerzhan Dostybayev, 28.6% to Eldar Sarsenov (son of Rashit Sarsenov, whose family ranks 10th in the list of the richest with a fortune of $972 million), and 26% to Dinmukhamed Idrisov, who ranks 17th in the Forbes list with a fortune of $605 million.
