Bekbolattar Qurylys Kompaniyasy, an Atyrau-based company specializing mainly in construction and installation works, reported a profit of 285.3 million tenge for 2025. A year earlier, the figure stood at 2.3 billion tenge, meaning profit fell 8.1-fold, according to infohub.kz.
Revenue, however, rose to 8.2 billion tenge in 2025 from 4.98 million tenge in 2024 — a 1.6-fold increase. Retained earnings at the end of 2025 were recorded at 7.7 billion tenge.
The company is registered in Atyrau and holds a license for construction and installation works. According to its financial statements, the bulk of its revenue came from the construction and major overhaul of water supply facilities, schools, kindergartens, polyclinics and specialized medical institutions, as well as engineering and communication infrastructure and industrial facilities in Atyrau and the Atyrau region.
In particular, media reported that Bekbolattar Qurylys Kompaniyasy built a polyclinic in the Nursaya microdistrict of Atyrau for 6.39 billion tenge and a polyclinic in the Orken microdistrict for 6.33 billion tenge. The initial cost of the two facilities was about 6.7 billion tenge, but during implementation it nearly doubled to 12.7 billion tenge. The Atyrau regional department of construction, architecture and urban planning attributed the cost overrun to rising groundwater levels and the need for additional technical solutions and equipment.
The company also won a contract from the Atyrau city department of housing and communal services and housing inspection to reclaim a solid waste landfill for 11 billion tenge. It also received a contract for major repairs of water supply facilities in Atyrau: the second phase of work was valued at 1.78 billion tenge, and the third at another 2 billion tenge.
The sole owner of Bekbolattar Qurylys Kompaniyasy is entrepreneur Aibek Tlemisov. No information about him is available in open sources.
