A new private company, Arveza Ltd, has been established at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). The official registration date is 22 September 2026, according to infohub.kz.
The sole shareholder of the new company is Aleksandr Deriglazov. Arveza Ltd's charter capital is $500, divided into 500 ordinary shares with a nominal value of $1 each. The company's shares are not encumbered or pledged.
According to registration data, the entity is registered as a private company. Its primary activity is listed as holding activities, excluding regulated types of activity.
Aleksandr Deriglazov ranks 73rd on Forbes' list of Kazakhstan's 75 richest businessmen (May 2026), with an estimated fortune of $96 million.
The entrepreneur owns the following companies: Pervoye Kazakhstanskoye Muzykalnoye Izdatelstvo (First Kazakhstan Music Publishing House), Sting Firm, ASCAR Cinema (distribution of films, videos and TV programmes), Komfort DIY (the Komfort chain of home goods hypermarkets), and also controls the Arsenal shopping and entertainment centre in Astana.
In 2025, Aleksandr Deriglazov and his brother Igor sold their assets in the Meloman-Marwin retail chain to Aqniet Group, which is backed by businessman Kairat Itemgenov (30th on the list of Kazakhstan's richest people).
In 2026, Deriglazov said he was shifting his focus to the tourism industry. As part of this, the Meloman Travel project was transformed into Sunrise Travel, which provides guest house rental services in the East Kazakhstan Region. The investor also outlined plans to develop ecotourism in Argentina, where he is already selecting land plots for construction.
