Businessmen Nurlan Kanybekov and Talgat Asembek have registered a new company, ATN Generation Ltd., in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). The registry entry is dated 15 September 2026, according to infohub.kz.

The new entity's principal activity is that of a holding company. ATN Generation Ltd.'s charter capital stands at 100,000 tenge, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 tenge each. Nurlan Kanybekov and Talgat Asembek are listed in the shareholder register.

The Kanybekov family is included in Forbes' 2026 list of the 75 wealthiest businessmen in Kazakhstan, ranking 73rd with a fortune of $96 million. The family's main assets are concentrated in the oil and aviation sectors.

Through the company Petro Asia, the family controls 39.17% of the oil company Sauts Oil, where the Seitzhanov family (No. 27 on the Forbes ranking) is the majority partner.

In addition, Nurlan Kanybekov, together with Asembek, owns the airlines Euro-Asia Air (35%) and Air Tengri (65%) through Sky Logistics Services.
