Kazakhstani millionaire Serik Tolukpayev, ranked 39th among the country's richest people by Forbes with a fortune of $302 million, continues to restructure his poultry business. In 2025, his holding Aitas KZ, which produces goods under the brands "Kus&Vkus" and "AMP," increased consolidated revenue by 12.3% to 145.7 billion tenge, reports infohub.kz.
The group's consolidated net profit rose to 23.1 billion tenge from 21.9 billion tenge a year earlier, according to the company's financial statements. The growth was driven by government subsidies of 15.6 billion tenge (14.5 billion in 2024) and income from the sale of a subsidiary totaling 5.3 billion tenge.
On December 22, 2025, Aitas KZ decided to sell its 100% stake in Nauryz Agro LTD to Aitas Agro Trade. The net profit from the deal amounted to 5.3 billion tenge. It should be noted that Aitas Agro Trade is owned through a chain of structures by Talgat Aldazharov and Serik Tolukpayev, who controls Aitas KZ.
The company's report notes that in 2025 it adopted a strategic course to transform from an agricultural production structure into a full-fledged food company, focusing on semi-finished and ready-to-eat categories (ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat). As part of this strategy, the holding made a series of deals to buy, create, and sell assets.
In late April 2025, Aitas KZ established Bio Soilution with a 100% stake and an authorized capital of 393,000 tenge to process and dispose of non-hazardous waste. In June of the same year, Kairat Ashuvov transferred a 92.65% stake in the Almaty Poultry Farm "Zhetysu" to the holding to settle a debt to Aitas KZ, bringing the group's share in the project to 92.734%.
At the same time, the group acquired a 100% stake in IL-TOV, a producer of poultry products, for 2.1 billion tenge. Subsequently, the holding bought out controlling and minority stakes in Aitas-MP (100%), Aitas-MP Yuzhny (100%), Aitas-Energo (100%), and Mealpro (100%). Among these companies, only IL-TOV was outside the influence of Aitas Group or Tolukpayev personally before the change of shareholders. Notably, on July 1, 2026, the company was renamed Aitas RTC.
In parallel, in April 2026, the holding signed a framework agreement with China's MOON-TECH International Trading Co., which will supply equipment for the under-construction Zhetysu poultry farm in the Almaty region. Thus, Aitas KZ now comprises 12 enterprises, including the Makinsk poultry farm in the Akmola region and the Ust-Kamenogorsk one in the East Kazakhstan region.
The holding produces goods under the brands "Kus&Vkus" and "AMP." The ultimate beneficiary remains Serik Tolukpayev. Earlier, Kursiv reported that Russians are the only ones who have started buying more of Kazakhstan's "Kus&Vkus."
