Revenue under contracts with customers reached 3.9 billion tenge in 2025, up from 808.1 million tenge in 2024 — a 4.8-fold increase. Retained earnings at the end of 2025 totaled 3.4 billion tenge.
RSU-1 is registered in the Karatau district of Shymkent and specializes in construction and installation work. As of the end of 2025 and at the time of publication, Aziz Sulaimanov is the company's sole owner. He is also registered as an individual entrepreneur and solely owns private educational institutions: the Ilyas Zhansugurov General Secondary School (Shymkent) and the Sulaiman Ata Kindergarten (Shymkent).
The statements note that between 2022 and 2025 the company built residential and social facilities, including apartment buildings, educational and public infrastructure, external utility networks and related infrastructure. The company also carried out major and routine repairs of buildings and landscaping work.
Open sources indicate that Nizamkhan Sulaimanov began his career at RSU-1 as a concrete worker, graduated from the Samarkand Construction Institute (Uzbekistan), then returned to RSU-1, worked his way up the career ladder and rose to head the state organization. After RSU-1 was disbanded, he founded his own construction company of the same name on its base. His enterprise actively built schools, kindergartens and other facilities in the South Kazakhstan/Turkistan region. Nizamkhan Sulaimanov, an honored builder of Kazakhstan, marked his 70th birthday in September 2020. According to available data, Aziz Nizamkhanovich Sulaimanov is the son of the company's founder.
