Recalling Kairat Berkinbaev
Sultanqyzy revealed that after the passing of Kairat Berkinbaev, she experienced a similar period of intense grief. "After Kairekeң passed away, I would hide in the bathtub just like that, crying and telling the water what was inside me," she wrote on Threads.
She explained her coping mechanism during that period: "At that time, I thought that if I could wash away my sorrow and grief with my tears, I would feel lighter, and my sons wouldn't see my tears."
The film "I'm in Love with You," directed by Duman Yerkimkbek and produced by Zhalyn Tleubegen, began its theatrical run across Kazakhstan on February 5. The movie's narrative follows a female student who is expelled due to family circumstances while searching for work. That same night, she meets Arman, a young man aspiring to be a musician, and a romance blossoms. However, life's challenges and crucial decisions push the young couple towards difficult choices.
