A man who looks like notorious Kazakh serial killer and cannibal Nikolay Dzhumagaliyev has made allegations that have sparked widespread online discussion، reports Toppress.kz، citing Ult.kz.
According to the source، the man is being held in a closed psychiatric facility in the village of Aktas، Almaty region. In a conversation، he said he fears speaking to journalists because، he claims، the hospital administration could inject him with a substance that would render him unable to speak.
He also leveled a series of accusations against the staff، alleging corruption، inadequate patient conditions، and other violations. He described the quality of food، the state of the furniture، and claimed that some patients are kept for unjustifiably long periods.
