An investigation has been launched following an emergency landing of an Antonov An-2 aircraft in the Almaty region. The incident, which occurred near the Taldybulak-Karakemer area, saw the plane make an unplanned landing in a bushy area away from the airfield.

Video footage circulating on social media shows the aircraft flying at a low altitude before touching down. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the landing.

Official Confirmation and Investigation

The Ministry of Transport has officially registered the event as an aviation incident. The aircraft, registered under the number UP-A0091, performed an emergency landing. In response, a formal investigation has been initiated.

Specialists from the Transport Committee's transport accident investigation department have been dispatched to the scene to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
