Aktau is undergoing significant infrastructure development with the construction of a new، modern bus terminal and a communal market. These vital facilities are taking shape in the city's 36th microdistrict، promising to contribute substantially to the region's growth and foster entrepreneurial activity.

Construction Progress Underway

The construction sites were recently inspected by Nurdaulet Kilibay، the Akim (Governor) of Mangystau region. The ambitious project is being realized through private investment by LLP "Aktau Avto Sklad،" with a total project cost of 1.5 billion tenge. The completion of both facilities is slated for the end of 2026.

New Bus Terminal Takes Shape

The first phase of the project focuses on the bus terminal. Currently، the basement level is complete، and columns for the first floor have been installed. The construction of the terminal is approximately 30% finished، indicating steady progress towards its operational launch.

Communal Market Development

Following the bus terminal، the second phase will see the construction of the communal market. Project documentation has been prepared، and all necessary permits have been secured. Site preparation is currently in progress. The market will feature a spacious trading area of 1،700 square meters، complete with retail pavilions، sanitary facilities، storage areas، and a parking lot to ensure its full functionality.

Akim Nurdaulet Kilibay emphasized the positive impact these new facilities will have on the city's infrastructure and the local business environment upon their completion.
