A disturbing incident has surfaced in Astana، where a student with developmental delays was reportedly attacked by a group of children after school hours. The incident، which has gained traction on social media، highlights concerns about bullying and the safety of vulnerable students.

According to the student's mother، her son was ambushed by eight children as he left school. One assailant allegedly choked him from behind and began to strike him، while the others watched، laughed، recorded the assault on their phones، and prevented other children from intervening.

The Esil District Police Department has addressed the incident. They confirmed that the legal representative of one of the minors involved has been brought under administrative responsibility for failing to fulfill their duties in raising a minor.
