An unauthorized summer terrace belonging to a cafe on Rozybakiev Street in Almaty has begun to be dismantled. The city's Urban Planning Control Department confirmed the action after an unscheduled inspection revealed significant violations.

Unsanctioned Construction Discovered

During the inspection، specialists found that additional structures had been added to the facade of a non-residential building without the necessary permits. Furthermore، it was determined that these structures were in use without an official commissioning act.

Demolition Underway

Upon receiving the inspection report، the property owner initiated the voluntary removal of the violations، commencing the demolition of the illegal construction. One of the additional structures has already been completely removed، and work on dismantling the second is ongoing.

This action highlights the city's commitment to enforcing building regulations and ensuring that all constructions comply with legal requirements.
