A dispute at a public bathhouse in Kaskelen has taken an unexpected turn، involving a physical altercation between a 27-year-old employee and a 13-year-old boy، followed by a retaliatory assault.

The incident came to light when the mother of the assaulted teenager shared details on social media، sparking public attention.

Escalation of the Incident

According to the boy's mother، her son was not causing any trouble when a bathhouse employee، identified as Zamanbek Kazbekov، allegedly accosted him while intoxicated. Initially، the police classified the incident as 'minor hooliganism،' with potential penalties of up to 15 days of detention.

However، due to the mother's persistent demands، the case was reclassified and is now being investigated under Article 109-1 of the Criminal Code، pertaining to 'Intentional infliction of minor bodily harm.' This charge carries a potential detention period of up to 50 days.

Cross Complaints Filed

The situation did not end there. Upon learning about the assault on the 13-year-old، another father arrived at the bathhouse. He proceeded to physically confront and assault the 27-year-old employee responsible for attacking the boy.

As a result of this second altercation، both parties have filed complaints against each other. Investigations are currently underway for both incidents.
