"I believe the issue is not in declarations، but in concrete actions. We didn't declare anything، we just tried to work. This is the great work of many people. People should understand that the state comes to the rescue in such situations. But sometimes you need to show patience،" Koshanov stated. He further clarified، "Some said 'they abandoned us.' No one abandoned anyone. But if the airspace was closed and no one could fly، you need to understand that. Therefore، we are doing our best."

Context of the Evacuations

The meme emerged amidst the large-scale evacuation of Kazakhstani citizens from conflict zones in Eastern countries. Online، humorous videos and posts titled 'Better to be Kazakh' circulated، reportedly stemming from a foreign tourist's joke expressing regret at not being Kazakh during the unfolding events.

Successful Evacuation Operation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the completion of the evacuation operation، reporting that a total of 10،275 Kazakhstani citizens were safely returned home. This operation was described by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev as a significant test for the state that strengthened the country's international standing.
