A constellation of Kazakhstan's most celebrated singers has come together to record a powerful new anthem dedicated to the nation's recently adopted Constitution. Titled 'حالىقتىڭ اتا زاڭى' ('People's Basic Law')، this musical project serves as a significant symbol of public support for the ongoing political reforms.
