Mitigation and Restoration Efforts

To minimize the impact of the damage، specialists quickly rerouted traffic to backup networks، ensuring continued internet accessibility for users. Restoration work is currently in progress to fully repair the damaged section. The ministry stated that the technical failure was a result of excavation work damaging the communication line.
