Kazakhstan's National Information Technologies JSC (NIT) has issued an important advisory for citizens regarding potential disruptions to its digital services. The company regularly performs technical maintenance to improve its platforms، and upcoming work may affect access to crucial digital documents.

Scheduled Service Interruptions

From 9:00 PM on February 14th to 8:00 AM on February 15th، users may experience temporary interruptions in services managed by NIT. To avoid any inconvenience، the company strongly urges citizens to complete any necessary transactions in advance and to have original physical copies of their documents readily available during this period، as the need to present them might arise.

Digital Document Accessibility

During the technical maintenance window، specifically from 9:00 PM on February 14th until 2:00 AM on February 15th، access to digital documents will be limited. However، NIT has clarified that if users have pre-authorized their accounts using an electronic digital signature (EDS)، their digital documents will remain accessible offline. This offline access will be maintained until the technical work is fully completed.

EDS and eGov Portal Status

Additionally، limitations may occur in obtaining electronic digital signatures (EDS) between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM on February 14th. The eGov portal، however، is expected to operate normally during the entire maintenance period.
