Kyrgyzstan's Interior Minister، Ulan Niyazbekov، has been held administratively liable and fined for smoking in a public place. The incident came to light following the circulation of a video on social media.

Public Smoking Violation

A short video clip shared online showed the minister smoking in front of a building. After the footage was published، a report was filed against the minister، resulting in a fine of 3،000 Kyrgyzstani som، which is approximately 17،000 Kazakhstani tenge.
