Over half a million Kazakhstanis have benefited from state bonuses on their housing deposits this year، with significant funds disbursed to encourage homeownership. The 'Otbasy Bank' reported that more than 591،000 citizens received these financial incentives.

Eligibility for State Bonuses

To qualify for the bonus، individuals needed to have consistently funded their housing deposit accounts throughout the year، accumulating at least 200 MCI (Monthly Calculated Index)، which amounts to 786،400 tenge. The maximum state bonus for 2025 reached 157،280 tenge. In total، the government allocated a substantial 124.4 billion tenge in bonuses to citizens.

Young Savers Also Benefit

The program also extended its benefits to younger participants. A total of 303،406 young savers، who are part of the housing construction savings system، received state bonuses. These bonuses amounted to 9.6 billion tenge credited to their accounts this year.

Future Bonus Amounts

Looking ahead، the maximum state bonus for 2026 is projected to be around 173،000 tenge. To receive this amount، savers will need to have at least 865،000 tenge in their Otbasy Bank accounts. This would require monthly deposits of approximately 73،000 tenge.
