Deception and Extortion

According to reports، the suspect allegedly introduced himself as an officer from the Department of Economic Investigations. He then proceeded to convince a company director to hand over 25 million tenge.

False Promises

The imposter claimed the money was needed to remove the company from a list of organizations subject to medical facility inspections. This fabricated reason was used to solicit the funds.

Investigation Underway

The individual has since been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Pre-trial investigations are currently in progress to uncover the full extent of his alleged fraudulent activities.
