Aktau Residents Await Utility Bills Amidst Contractor Changes
Residents of Aktau have not yet received their paper utility bills for January، a situation that has prompted clarification from the "Kaspiy Jylu، Su Arnasy" state utility enterprise.
Despite the ongoing push for digitalization، many residents still prefer paper receipts. These documents provide a clear breakdown of tariffs and consumption volumes، allowing customers to easily verify service quantities when making payments.
New Contractor Search Underway
"Kaspiy Jylu، Su Arnasy" has announced the completion of its search for a new supplier to handle the printing and distribution of these essential bills. The selection process has identified a winner، and legal procedures are currently in progress to finalize the contract.
Once the agreement is signed، the new contractor will begin delivering the bills to subscribers. In the interim، residents can obtain paper copies at the "Customer Service Center" located at 1-10 microdistrict، 2nd floor. The center operates from 08:30 to 17:30، with service available at windows #10، #19، #22، and #23.
Tender Results
According to the state procurement portal، the tender for "Printing and Delivery of Invoices" by "KZhSA" concluded on February 17th. The winning bid came from "ITMage،" a company registered in Oral. The planned contract value is 6،832،980 tenge.
Under this agreement، the company is expected to print and deliver monthly invoices to individuals and legal entities in Aktau، as well as private residential buildings، by the 15th of each month until 2026.
This situation follows previous complaints from Aktau residents regarding perceived overcharges on their electricity and water bills.
