Prominent blogger Dinara Satzhan has announced her intention to sue a healer from Aktobe، Bagdagul، who operates on TikTok and Instagram، offering blessings for money. Satzhan is demanding a thorough investigation into the healer's practices.

Questions Over Legality and Ethics

Satzhan has raised several concerns regarding the legality of Bagdagul's services. She questions the destination of the funds collected for paid blessings، whether taxes are being paid، and if the healer possesses the necessary licenses for providing medical or spiritual treatment. Furthermore، Satzhan seeks to verify the legality of selling sacred items and the healer's involvement in network marketing schemes.

Allegations of Fraud and Public Insult

The blogger asserts that the healer is defrauding the public and profiting unfairly. "Why does she insult everyone just because she can speak؟ She called me a 'whore.' This is public defamation،" Satzhan stated indignantly.

Satzhan highlighted that the healer's actions may fall under Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan، which addresses defamation. She also accused the healer of spreading false information about her، including baseless claims of receiving funds from state projects. Satzhan's lawyer is currently handling this aspect of the case.

Legal Action Initiated

Dinara Satzhan and her legal representative have filed a complaint with the Aktobe regional police department. "She will be held accountable under the law for all her actions and words. It's time to put an end to this chaos،" the blogger declared.
