Akmonshak Nurtaza، a school director and popular educator active on social media، has been hospitalized due to health issues. She shared on her Instagram page that she fell ill shortly before the end of the academic year.

Neglecting Personal Health

Nurtaza revealed that she had not paid sufficient attention to her health since taking on the director role three years ago. Citing a lack of time، she postponed medical check-ups، which led to a worsening of her condition.

"I fell ill before I could reach the end of the academic year. But thankfully، I fell into the hands of wonderful doctors. Thanks to your good wishes and prayers، I believe I will recover quickly،" she wrote.

A Message to Educators

The educator urged her followers not to neglect their own health، emphasizing that individuals are essential first to themselves، and then to their families and loved ones. Akmonshak Nurtaza expressed gratitude to the medical staff، reporting an improvement in her condition after undergoing a diagnostic procedure under anesthesia.

"Health is more precious than anything. Stay healthy. Special respect to the doctors. We، teachers، sometimes consider our work difficult، but I bow to the efforts of doctors. Stay well، noble individuals in white coats،" she concluded.
