Kazakh Businessman Launches "Pension" for Employees' Parents

Tursyngali Alaguzov, the founder of GALANZ bottlers in Kazakhstan, has launched a groundbreaking social initiative that extends financial support to the parents of his employees. This program provides a monthly allowance of 50,000 tenge to the parents of employees who have reached the age of 65, effectively acting as a lifelong "pension" in recognition of their contribution to raising the company's workforce.

A Unique Social Responsibility Program

The initiative, aimed at enhancing the company's social responsibility, saw its first payments disbursed on February 10th to 600 pensioners. The program has allocated a monthly budget of 30-35 million tenge to ensure its long-term sustainability. GALANZ bottlers emphasized that this program is a testament to the respect and care the company holds for the parents of its dedicated employees.

Support for Families

This social program is proving to be a significant source of support for many families. Saule Nurgazinova, mother of a GALANZ bottlers employee, expressed her delight upon hearing the news. Having worked in education for many years, she noted that while she had been recognized for her children's achievements before, she had never encountered a system where parents received direct financial benefits for raising their children.

"I turn 70 this year. On the occasion of this milestone, I received additional funds to my pension. But for me, the most important thing is that the company values the work of its employees and cares for them. I raised four children, and I used to receive certificates at school for their achievements. However, I had never heard of payments being established for parents for raising children. I express my boundless gratitude to the founder of the company, Tursyngali Alaguzov, for his respect and care for the elderly," she shared.

Gratitude from Pensioners

Another pensioner, Svetlana Pivovarova, who dedicated 40 years to her career, including 23 years in the State Standard System and holding the honorary title of "Honored Metrologist of the Republic of Kazakhstan," also voiced her appreciation.

"The news about the monthly pension payment from GALANZ bottlers was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise for us. My husband and I will receive this support, and approximately 100,000 tenge per month will be a significant help to our family budget. It is very valuable to know that Tursyngali Turymuly thinks not only of his employees but also of the parents who raised and educated them. This care and respect touched our hearts," she said.

Company representatives stated that this pension program marks a significant step in the development of the company's corporate social policy, extending its care to the families of its employees.
