Tele2 and Altel Adjust Tariff Reconnection Fees
Effective May 20, 2026, Tele2 and Altel have modified the conditions for early tariff reconnections. Subscribers will now need to pay an additional 590 tenge on top of their subscription fee to renew their tariff ahead of schedule. This update can be managed through the 'My Tariff' section in the respective mobile applications.
Altel Reduces Prices for Family Tariffs
Beginning June 22, 2026, Altel is lowering the prices for its 'My Family' tariff line. The core benefits, including unlimited internet, calls to Altel and Tele2 numbers, SMS, and access to online cinemas, remain unchanged. New pricing structures will be implemented after existing promotions conclude, with options like 'My Family 3' starting at 8,990 tenge for the first three months, then 11,990 tenge.

From May 25, 2026, Activ is concluding promotions that offered unlimited access to specific internet services. The unlimited access for social networks, video services, messengers, and Kaznet on 'TOP Promo L' and 'Updated' tariffs will cease. Similarly, the promotion for unlimited social networks, messengers, and Kaznet on the 'TOP Promo M' tariff is ending. Activ is now promoting its 'Family' tariff, offering unlimited internet starting from 2,110 tenge per participant per month.
Kcell and Activ Increase Mobi Music Subscription Cost
Starting May 28, 2026, Kcell and Activ are increasing the monthly subscription fee for their mobi Music service to 1,290 tenge.
