Akhmat Kadyrov, the 20-year-old son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has been appointed to lead the republic's education sector. The announcement was made by Akhmat Kadyrov himself via his social media channels.
He emphasized that education forms the fundamental basis for societal progress and stated that this significant responsibility was personally assigned to him by his father, Ramzan Kadyrov.

"The education sector has always been and will remain one of the key directions in the development of our society and state," Akhmat Kadyrov wrote. "Due to the assignment of the duties of the Vice-Premier of the Chechen Republic, our national leader, the Head of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia, Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov, has entrusted me with leading this important direction."
