The Shymkent Brewery is celebrating a significant milestone – its 50th anniversary. In a heartwarming display of appreciation, the company's owner, Tursyngali Alaguzov, has gifted 50 apartments to his dedicated employees.

Honoring Long-Term Service

The new homes are being awarded to workers who have contributed to the brewery's development for over 20 years, recognizing their substantial efforts in shaping the company. Special priority is given to those who laid the foundation of the production and have been with the company for many years.

Employee Testimonials

Marzhan Nasrullina, a quality engineer with 44 years of service, expressed her joy. "A big thank you to Tursyngali Tursynuly. He bought the factory two years ago, and since then, many changes have occurred in the company and in my life. In 2025, I went on my first regatta in Turkey. Today, I was gifted an apartment, which is an indescribable happiness for me," she shared. Nasrullina's daughter also works at the enterprise, and her grandchild's first steps ceremony was held during the factory's Nauryz celebration.

Kadirkhan Rasulov, a carpenter with over 22 years at the brewery, also shared his emotions. "I have four children, I am a father of many children. Imagine their joy! We have been renting housing for many years, and now our family will have its own home. I believe we have the best leader, because not all entrepreneurs do what Tursyngali Tursynuly is doing for ordinary workers," he noted.

A Record of Dedication

Kemelken Tashodzhaev, an electrical fitter, has been working at the brewery since its inception. With 46 years of service, he is the company's record holder. "I started working in 1980, when I was young and full of energy. Time has passed in an instant, and today I was handed the keys to an apartment. Over the years, many managers have changed, but I don't recall our work being valued so highly! Tursyngali Alaguzov shows genuine care and humanity," said Tashodzhaev.

A Tradition of Generosity

The apartments are located in the new "Jas Otau Tulip" residential complex in Shymkent. Representatives of the Shymkent Brewery consider this initiative a continuation of the entrepreneur's social policy. The press service recalled that in 2025, Tursyngali Alaguzov also gifted 100 apartments to employees of the Galanz Bottlers company, an event that generated significant public attention at the time.
