The event، which occurred on the evening of May 11th on Azattyk Avenue، has ignited widespread discussion and concern among the public.

The two women were reportedly chatting on the street after finishing work when the man approached them. Without any apparent provocation، he slapped one of the women on her back. This act of aggression has been widely condemned online.

Victims Blamed for Their Own Harassment

When the woman confronted the man about his actions، he shockingly claimed that the women were responsible for their own harassment. Despite the women threatening to call the police، the man refused to leave the scene and remained nearby.

Distressed by the encounter، the women shared a video of the incident online، urging the public to pay attention to such behavior and prevent it from happening again. They expressed a strong desire that no other individuals، especially children، would have to endure similar harassment.
