Mangystau Governor Urges Citizens to Vote in Landmark Constitutional Referendum

Nurdaulet Kilibay, the Governor of Mangystau region, has issued a compelling appeal to the residents, urging them to participate in the upcoming national referendum scheduled for March 15th. This pivotal vote concerns the adoption of a new Constitution, and the Governor stressed the importance of every citizen making their voice heard.

A Call to Civic Responsibility

Governor Kilibay highlighted the significance of individual civic responsibility, emphasizing that each citizen plays a crucial role in shaping the nation's future through their participation in this important decision-making process.

"Dear people of Mangystau! Respected compatriots! In a few days, our country will celebrate Amal Merekesi, a holiday symbolizing unity, brotherhood, and mutual respect. On that same day, an important political event will take place – the national referendum. I urge each of you to demonstrate civic responsibility and participate in voting on the new Constitution. Let us build a just society together, strengthen unity, and lay the foundation for the stable development of our state," stated Nurdaulet Kilibay.
