Nurdaulet Kilibay, the Governor of Mangystau region, has issued a compelling appeal to the residents, urging them to participate in the upcoming national referendum scheduled for March 15th. Governor Kilibay highlighted the significance of individual civic responsibility, emphasizing that each citizen plays a crucial role in shaping the nation's future through their participation in this important decision-making process.

"Dear people of Mangystau! Respected compatriots! In a few days, our country will celebrate Amal Merekesi, a holiday symbolizing unity, brotherhood, and mutual respect. On that same day, an important political event will take place – the national referendum. I urge each of you to demonstrate civic responsibility and participate in voting on the new Constitution. Let us build a just society together, strengthen unity, and lay the foundation for the stable development of our state," stated Nurdaulet Kilibay.
