A shocking case involving a father accused of psychological abuse and disturbing behavior, including wearing women's underwear and filming himself, has resulted in a court stripping both parents of their parental rights to their five children in Petropavl.

Abuse and Disturbing Behavior Uncovered

The disturbing events came to light in November of last year when the public foundation "NeMolchi.kz" shared a report detailing years of alleged abuse against the mother. According to the foundation, the woman suffered prolonged abuse from her husband, leading to a disability. The report stated, "The woman suffered abuse from her husband for many years. He forced her to have surgery, even operated on her head. But this did not stop him, he continued to beat his wife. The woman kept losing consciousness and falling. Eventually, she could no longer stand on her feet."

Children Removed Amid Safety Concerns

The mother reportedly fled to her mother's home, but her five minor children remained with their father. The father exhibited aggressive behavior towards the children, which was reportedly documented in videos posted on TikTok. In these videos, he was seen wearing women's underwear.

Legal Proceedings and Court Decision

Police, in conjunction with child protective services, investigated the family's residence. An administrative case was initiated against the father for domestic violence. The Specialized Administrative Court of Petropavl found him guilty and sentenced him to five days of administrative arrest, also imposing a 12-month ban on him approaching his wife and children.

Both parents were placed on a special police registry. Subsequently, the Petropavl Department of Education deemed it unsafe to leave the children with their parents and took legal action. The court proceedings, which lasted three months and were held in closed session, concluded with the decision to deprive the couple of their parental rights to all five children. However, the parents may have an opportunity to regain their rights after six months if certain conditions are met.

Currently, all five children are being cared for at a support center for children facing difficult life circumstances.
