The Course is studied in total 32 hours, once a week.
The curriculum is concreted on the contents subject of educational standard; it gives distribution scholastic hours on subjects. In this program the study of the topics are installed in optimum sequence and sections of the scholastic subject with provision for the relationships between subjects, logic of the scholastic process, age particularities of pupils, defines the necessary set of the forms to scholastic activity.
Forming of a foreign communication competency, understood as ability and readiness to communicate on 3 languages expects the development of the communication skills in speaking, reading, understanding orally and in written form, in realization training phenomena with reality in English speaking country, realizations the role of the native language and cultures, understanding the importance of the study of the foreign language as facility of the speaking between people, developments of the interest beside pupil to education.
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbaev has emphasizes that Kazakh Language acquisition will always be our main priority, while knowledge of English Language is both world tendency and real necessity. Russian language is our wealth, which loss will be quite injudicious.
It will be a great advantage for us if we know Kazakh, English and Russian languages.
The Course is built on the tasks of the development and upbringing the communication culture of the schoolchildren, extensions and enrichments their life experience in new context of the contact, extensions of the outlook. On the first step (in preschool) big importance has a creation psychological and didactic conditions for development beside pupils, who desires to study 3 languages, communication needs for acquisition friends in different small piece of the world, cognitive needs for opening of the world foreign person of the same age and use three languages for these purposes.
