New Clue in Karabalins Case: Mysterious Second Key Surfaces

A new development has emerged in the ongoing court proceedings related to the tragic deaths of the Karabalins family in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. The niece of the deceased has come forward with startling information, revealing the discovery of a second, previously unknown key at the family home, raising further questions about the circumstances of their demise.

The Appearance of a Second Key

Faryzat Kenzhegaliyeva, the niece of the late Maqsat Karabalin, testified in court, bringing to light several details that were not uncovered during the initial investigation. She stated that after the investigation concluded, the keys to the deceased's home were handed over to her. Kenzhegaliyeva visited the house daily to check on the property.

However, her suspicions intensified when she discovered a second key that had never been seen before. This discovery prompted her to delve deeper into the case.

"After the investigation ended, they gave me the key. I went to the house every day. One afternoon, a second key appeared. Who brought it? There was never such a key before. Everyone entered and exited with only one key. The police themselves initially broke down the door and found the key inside," the witness stated in court.

Signs of Preparation for Guests

The witness also described the house as appearing to be prepared for guests. According to Kenzhegaliyeva, the deceased Nauryz Mukangaliyev had informed his relatives that he and his wife would be visiting them with their son-in-law's family.

"My brother had slaughtered an animal and prepared the meat. He was getting ready to host guests. I still can't understand how such a situation could have occurred," she added.

Order and Cleanliness in the Home

Kenzhegaliyeva further noted the unusual cleanliness and order within the house after the family's disappearance. She described the scene as if the residents had only stepped out for a short while.

"When we entered the house, everything was in its place. It looked like the owners had just left for a short time. All the dishes were washed, the house was tidied. Part of the slaughtered meat was put in the refrigerator," she recounted.

Allegations of Deception via Phone

Additionally, the witness suggested that Sultan Sarsemaliev might have used the deceased Nauryz's phone to communicate with relatives, potentially attempting to allay their suspicions and mislead them.

"I was at my brother's house from the first day. I was there when the bodies of my brother and sister-in-law were found," the witness concluded.
