In response to the public's queries, the Atyrau city administration provided clarification. Officials stated that the bio-toilet was installed to serve approximately 50 workers from the "KDMS" company who are currently engaged in landscaping and improvement works along K. Satpayev Avenue.

Despite the explanation, some residents continue to question why the temporary facility was placed in such a highly visible and central location.
