The viral footage shows the bus driver becoming visibly angry, attempting to force the passenger off the bus. The driver's aggressive language and actions drew widespread attention and criticism online. Reports circulating on social media suggested the passenger had not provoked the driver.

Police Intervention and Investigation

Authorities confirmed that the incident was triggered by the passenger consuming food on the bus. The driver demanded the passenger exit the vehicle, leading to the altercation.

Driver Faces Administrative Charges

According to the regional police department, the 20-year-old passenger voluntarily exited the bus after cleaning up after himself. During the verbal exchange, the driver was recorded using offensive language, constituting a breach of public order. Police identified the driver as a 43-year-old local resident. An administrative report was filed against him for hooliganism, specifically for using profanity in a public place. The case has now been forwarded to the court.

Police officials emphasized the importance of adhering to behavioral regulations on public transport for all passengers and staff. They also stressed that any disputes should be resolved within the framework of the law.

This incident follows a previous controversial event in Temirtau where a bus driver allegedly removed a 20-year-old resident with special needs from a vehicle. That earlier incident also sparked public discussion and led to a temporary missing person report for the young man before he was located by police.
