Before turning pro in 2017, Dychko enjoyed a decorated amateur career, amassing nearly 200 fights. His amateur achievements include two Olympic bronze medals (London 2012 and Rio 2016), multiple accolades at World and Asian championships, and three national championships in Kazakhstan.

As a professional, Dychko boasts a record of 15 wins and 1 loss, with an impressive 14 knockout victories. His first professional defeat came in September 2025 against American boxer Jermaine Franklin.
