Capital City Forecast

In Astana, overnight temperatures will hover around -5 to -7 degrees Celsius. During the day, the mercury is expected to climb to +4 to +6 degrees Celsius, with a chance of rain.

Southern Metropolis Outlook

Almaty will experience milder conditions, with overnight temperatures ranging from +4 to +6 degrees Celsius. Daytime temperatures are set to reach a pleasant +18 to +20 degrees Celsius, with no precipitation expected.

Shymkent, however, will see warmer nights at +8 to +10 degrees Celsius. Daytime temperatures could soar to +20 to +22 degrees Celsius, accompanied by rain and thunderstorms. Wind speeds may reach up to 15-20 m/s.

Regional Weather Patterns

Across the Akmola region, northern and eastern areas might see snow overnight with icy road conditions. Daytime will bring rain to western, northern, and eastern parts, with temperatures between -2 degrees Celsius and +1 to +6 degrees Celsius.

The Almaty region anticipates mixed rain and snow in mountainous areas overnight. Daytime forecasts include rain and thunderstorms, with winds up to 15-20 m/s. Temperatures will range from -1 to -6 degrees Celsius at night to +7 to +12 degrees Celsius during the day.

In the Turkestan region, overnight warmth will be between +7 to +12 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs reaching +17 to +25 degrees Celsius. Southern and mountainous areas can expect rain and thunderstorms.

Western Kazakhstan will see overnight temperatures as low as -2 degrees Celsius in the north, while daytime highs will be between +5 to +13 degrees Celsius. Fog is also expected in some areas.

Atyrau region's northwestern parts will experience mild temperatures around 3 degrees Celsius overnight. Rain and thunderstorms are forecast for western, southern, and eastern areas, with wind speeds reaching 15-20 m/s. Daytime temperatures are expected to be between +12 to +20 degrees Celsius.

Mangystau region may encounter rain and fog in western and northern areas overnight. Daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +9 to +23 degrees Celsius, with eastern parts expecting rain and thunderstorms.

Aktobe region's overnight temperatures will be between -3 to -2 degrees Celsius, warming up to +5 to +10 degrees Celsius during the day.

Kostanay region could see temperatures drop to -8 degrees Celsius in the west and south overnight, with a mix of rain and snow. Daytime temperatures will be between +3 to +8 degrees Celsius.

Northern Kazakhstan is forecast to have overnight temperatures between -1 to -6 degrees Celsius, with rain, snow, and icy conditions. Daytime will be milder, ranging from +2 to +7 degrees Celsius.

Pavlodar region faces cold nights from -5 to -11 degrees Celsius, with daytime temperatures ranging from +2 to +15 degrees Celsius. Fog is also anticipated.

Karaganda region will experience significant temperature swings, with overnight lows from -2 to -15 degrees Celsius and daytime highs from +2 to +12 degrees Celsius. Fog and icy roads are expected.

Ulytau region will have overnight temperatures around -6 degrees Celsius, rising to +6 to +16 degrees Celsius during the day, with fog expected.

East Kazakhstan region could see overnight temperatures plummet to -17 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs between +5 to +10 degrees Celsius. Fog is also forecast.

Abay region will have overnight temperatures around -12 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs from +2 to +15 degrees Celsius. Fog is expected.

Kyzylorda region will enjoy mild overnight temperatures of +2 to +7 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs climbing to +16 to +27 degrees Celsius.

In the Zhambyl region, northern and mountainous areas will be around 0 degrees Celsius overnight. Daytime temperatures will reach +10 to +20 degrees Celsius. Southern and mountainous areas should prepare for rain, thunderstorms, and fog.
