Late Businessman Mashkevich's Stake in Eurasian Industrial Company Transfers to New Owner

The stake held by the late Kazakhstani businessman Alexander Mashkevich in the Eurasian Industrial Company has officially transferred to Central Asian DMCC, a Dubai-registered entity. This significant shift in ownership is detailed in the company's updated corporate filings.

The Eurasian Industrial Company was previously a key holding for three major entrepreneurs: Alexander Mashkevich, the late Alijan Ibragimov, and Patokh Chodiev. Following Ibragimov's passing in 2021, his share was inherited by his wife, Mukadaskhan. Now, Mashkevich's share, following his death on March 22, 2025, has also found a new owner.

Assets Under the Eurasian Industrial Company

The Eurasian Industrial Company oversees a portfolio of valuable assets. These include a 52% stake in the company managing 'Kokmaisa', which operates 'Altair Air' (leasing land and hangars), Boraldai Airport, and the 'Zhailjau' golf club.

Central Asian DMCC: A New Entrant

Central Asian DMCC was registered in the DMCC free economic zone in Dubai in 2022. Its registration in Kazakhstan took place in October 2025. The company's director is listed as Kugen Frederik Charles Francois Pierre. Notably, its registered address in Kazakhstan is the same as the headquarters of Eurasian Bank. However, the official owners of Central Asian DMCC have not yet been publicly disclosed.

Mashkevich Family's Status Update

Previous reports indicated that several of Alexander Mashkevich's stakes in Kazakhstani companies had already moved to Central Asian DMCC. Within the Eurasian Industrial Company, the status of Mashkevich's wife, Larisa, and daughters, Anna and Alla, has also been updated. Previously listed as close relatives of the shareholder, they are now identified as individuals who independently or jointly hold 10% or more of voting shares with connected persons.

The fate of Alexander Mashkevich's other significant assets remains uncertain. He previously held a 33% stake in Eurasian Financial Company, which includes Eurasian Bank, 'Eurasia' insurance company, and the 'Evraziyskiy Kapital' broker. He also held a share in Eurasian Resources Group, jointly with Patokh Chodiev, the Ibragimov family, and the government of Kazakhstan.
