Singer Gulmira Izbaskhan has responded to public commentary regarding her appearance, making a statement that has captured significant attention. In an interview on the "Kezdesu" YouTube channel, Izbaskhan addressed remarks that she resembles a man, offering a candid explanation for her physique.

Addressing Body Shape and Upbringing

Izbaskhan refuted claims about her body shape, stating, "My figure is like that of a teenager. I have not been intimate with a man. A girl who has been intimate with a man will develop wider hips and her figure will change."

The singer elaborated on her upbringing and adherence to traditional values. She explained that her mindset was shaped by the Soviet era's emphasis on purity before marriage, particularly within the traditions of Shymkent. "I am not like the girls today. They might call me old-fashioned, but the reason my hips are not wide is because of that," Izbaskhan concluded.
