According to Mukhanova, she had been without a car for some time after giving her previous vehicle to her children. Her surprise came when a woman named Aigul gifted her a new four-wheeled companion. Video footage shared by the singer shows her overcome with emotion, with tears of joy visible.

Remarkably, Moldir and Aigul, the woman who gifted the car, had only met earlier that same day, around lunchtime. Mukhanova referenced the Kazakh proverb, "If you are generous, you will not be lacking," expressing her deep appreciation for the stranger's remarkable generosity.

In her social media post, the singer emphasized her belief that when one has pure intentions, they are likely to encounter equally kind-hearted individuals.
