A prominent TikToker, Berik Sabituly, has claimed that Kanat Aitbaev, the father of internationally acclaimed singer Dimash Kudaibergen, has filed a lawsuit against him. This assertion has quickly become a major talking point among social media users, particularly on TikTok, where Sabituly has gained notoriety for his critical and often harsh commentary on Kazakh celebrities.

Allegations of Defamation and Lawsuit

Berik Sabituly has previously posted videos criticizing Dimash Kudaibergen, Saken Maigaziyev, and other well-known figures in the entertainment industry. In his latest statement, he alleged that Kanat Aitbaev initiated legal action against him. Sabituly also criticized Aitbaev and his son for not attempting to resolve the issue amicably through direct communication before resorting to legal proceedings, calling their actions "cowardly."

"Dimash's father sued me," Sabituly stated. "The father of Dimash, a fraudster, a traitor, sued me. If he had contacted me directly and spoken to me, I would have taken down the video. But they didn't come to an agreement with me. They are very cowardly. They sued me. This is not manly," he added.

The TikToker also made controversial remarks regarding Dimash Kudaibergen's marital status, suggesting it was due to a "girlfriend" and further tarnishing the singer's reputation. These statements have generated a wide range of reactions and opinions across social media platforms.
