Crowds gathered at the 'Kapalbek' border crossing point between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan due to technical issues on the Uzbek side, according to Kazakhstan's National Security Committee (KNB). Border Crossing Operations Unaffected on Kazakh Side

Officials confirmed that the Kazakh side of the Kapalbek crossing is operating normally, with no restrictions imposed. The situation developed solely due to the technical problems experienced by Uzbekistan's border control system.
