However, the Aktau City Administration has stepped in to clarify the situation. According to an official response, the structure is not a large-scale construction or a commercial facility. The administration explained that the metal container was installed by city residents for practical use during the winter months, serving as a changing room and a place to store personal belongings.

No Construction Planned

The authorities confirmed that the site is not considered a construction zone and there are no plans to erect any permanent buildings. This explanation aims to quell the rumors and provide clarity on the mysterious seaside addition.

This incident follows a previous discussion among residents regarding construction work that began in the 14th microdistrict. At that time, social media buzzed with rumors about the potential construction of a Russian Federation consulate, a claim that was also later addressed and clarified by the Aktau City Administration.
