Authorities in the Pavlodar region have taken decisive action against illegal labor, resulting in a five-year entry ban for two citizens of Uzbekistan. The individuals were found working without the necessary permits, signaling a crackdown on immigration and employment regulations in the area.

The enforcement action was confirmed by Adil Sharipov, an inspector from the migration service in the Shcherbaktinsky district. The investigation revealed that the two Uzbek nationals were engaged in employment activities without possessing the required legal documentation, a clear violation of Kazakhstan's labor laws.

Following the discovery, the case was brought before the court. Both individuals were held administratively liable for their actions. The court's decision included not only penalties but also their expulsion from Kazakhstan, with a prohibition on re-entry for a period of five years.

The consequences extended beyond the foreign workers. The employer responsible for hiring the undocumented individuals has also been held accountable. This includes charges for illegally employing foreign nationals and providing them with accommodation, thereby facilitating the violation of the country's migration regime.
