Kazakhstan's People's Artist Denied Seat on Plane Despite Empty Seats
People's Artist of Kazakhstan, Makpal Zhunusova, has voiced her strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by a prominent airline, recounting a negative experience that left her questioning the company's policies.
Denied Access to Empty Seats
According to Zhunusova, despite the presence of several unoccupied seats on a recent flight, cabin crew members refused to allow passengers to move to them. The airline staff reportedly cited that these empty seats were designated as paid options, a justification the singer found unacceptable.
A Question of Fairness
Expressing her bewilderment, Zhunusova questioned the airline's reasoning. "There are empty seats on the plane, but they won't let us sit there. The doors are closed, no one is sitting there. What is this?" she lamented, highlighting what she perceived as an unjust practice.
As a passenger who had paid in full for her ticket, Zhunusova believes she should have the right to occupy any available seat. "I bought my seat. I wanted to sit in an empty spot. I wasn't taking someone else's place. What is right about this?" she stated, feeling she had encountered unfair treatment.
