Mukasov's Career and Allegations

Meirzhan Mukasov, a native of the Atyrau region, has a considerable history in public service, having worked in government since 2013. His career includes leadership roles in various departments, including the city's housing and communal services, the regional finance department, and departments overseeing state procurement and communal property.

Reports suggest that Mukasov initially expressed an intention to enter into a procedural agreement following his detention but later withdrew his consent. The specifics of this development are part of the ongoing investigation.
