U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a firm ultimatum regarding any potential deal with Iran, stating that an agreement is only conceivable under conditions of the nation's "total surrender." This declaration sets a high bar for future diplomatic engagement.

A Stark Ultimatum Issued

President Trump made this significant announcement on Friday, March 6th, via his social media platform, Truth Social. He explicitly stated, "There will be no deal with Iran, other than total surrender!" This hardline stance suggests a complete shift in U.S. policy towards the Middle Eastern nation.

Vision for Iran's Future

Trump elaborated on his vision, suggesting that once Iran undergoes this "total surrender" and elects new leadership, the United States, alongside its allies, would work tirelessly to rebuild the country. "After that, and once we have a great, deal-making leader(s) in place, we will work with our many great and totally-allied partners to make Iran great again, bigger and stronger than ever before," Trump posted. He even echoed a slogan, "MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN!"

Mass Evacuations in the Middle East

In a subsequent post, the U.S. President also reported on significant, yet quiet, operations involving the evacuation of thousands of individuals from various countries in the Middle East. He commended the State Department and Secretary Marco Rubio for their work in facilitating these movements without incident.

Previously, Trump had expressed his support for a complete change in Iran's leadership in an interview with NBC News. He indicated that Washington had several potential candidates in mind for a "good leader" role but declined to name them specifically. He had also previously suggested his personal involvement in selecting Iran's next leader, acknowledging Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of the deceased Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, as a likely successor but expressing reservations about such an outcome.
