Pavlodar Resident's Life Turned 'Hell' by Aggressive Neighbor

A resident of Pavlodar has taken to social media to voice her distress over the aggressive behavior of her neighbor, describing how her life and that of her six-year-old son have been made unbearable. The woman has documented her neighbor's unsettling actions on video, sharing them online.

A Difficult Move and Escalating Tensions

The woman explained that she and her son, who shows signs of autism and is undergoing treatment in the city, moved to Pavlodar seeking a peaceful life. However, their new home became a source of constant anxiety due to her neighbor's conduct.

"Since September, my life and my son's life have turned into hell," she wrote on social media. Initially, the neighbor's disturbances were limited to late-night noise that frightened her child. After she reported the issue to the police, the neighbor's behavior reportedly escalated significantly.

Aggressive Behavior Captured on Video

Despite being fined for noise disturbances, the neighbor's actions worsened. The woman reported that he would stomp loudly, shout, and bang on her door even during the day, leaving her feeling trapped in her own apartment.

Video footage shared online appears to show a man banging on a metal door, uttering offensive language, and then exhibiting aggressive behavior towards a lift, including gesturing with his hand.

Police Intervention and Legal Measures

The Pavlodar Regional Police Department confirmed that the individual in question was identified and brought to the police station. According to their press service, the man was a tenant in the apartment.

"On April 14, after discussions with the apartment owner, the man was evicted from the premises. An administrative case for petty hooliganism was initiated against him," a police department representative stated. Records indicate the man had previously been held administratively liable twice for causing disturbances.

However, the woman expressed doubt about the eviction's effectiveness, stating, "They said he was evicted, but in reality, that's not true: his belongings are still in the apartment. According to the owner, he will stay until Sunday and only then leave."

Police officers have issued a protection order against the individual, valid for 30 days. This order prohibits him from contacting the woman and warns of strict legal consequences should he violate it again.
